What have I been thinkin'? Planning all of these huge birthday bashes for my kids? Friday night we had a very small family-only celebration for Derek's second birthday. I picked up Baja Fresh (Yummy) after work and Grandma Pat made a cake from a mix so all I really had to do was set everything out on the counter. Easy as pie. Guess what? Derek had a great time. And for once so did mommy! :)

Girl, Amen to that...I am the queen of big birthday bashes and boy am I getting tired. I am glad it all worked out easy!!!!
Small Family parties are the best!!! quick and easy!!! The kids hardly know the difference!!
